SECOND JEANS Spring 2012 – MFW 21
There’s nothing better than going to Montreal Fashion Week and seeing a show that is 100% MADE IN CANADA!
After running his own clothing boutique in the United States, Eric Wazana founded Second Jeans in 2000.
Committed to quality and style, Second Jeans use unique denim washes and special treatments such as washing with silicone as well as hand-rubbed and distressed efforts to enhance and give character to each pair of jeans.
The theme seemed to be very country inspired with loose blowing hair and wheat field visuals. The collection was very 70′s inspired with maxi dresses, pencil skirts and a wide leg flared jean for good measure. The rompers, jumpers and shorts will def be a hit next spring and the colour palette was light and airy in ice creamy pastel shades of pale cream, pink, peach, yellow, lavender and light blue.
Yoga, Eco, Vintage and Premium lines make up the collection for Second Jeans and nothing was more show stopping than the lovely ballerinas at the end of the show demonstrating how Second jeans really are a second skin as they grand-plié and fouetté’d on the catwalk.
