Nadya Toto Fall 2011/12 – MFW 20

Inspired by birds and by one of her favorite destinations Russia, Nadya Toto put forward her signature style of upscale daytime separates and evening wear worthy of a punk princess.

A veteran on the Canadian fashion landscape, Nadya Toto’s mostly black and lightened with cream collection featured her statement fabrics (intricate and ornate) as well as technical materials such as lace jabot, feather tulle and Mongolian lamb.

Noteworthy trend details include: twisted wool that morphs into braids and fringes, return of peplum and body conscious designs. Loved the Mongolian lamb handbags; feminine and fluffy!
