GUCCI & GRAMMYS … What the real double G’s stand for.

Only Gucci could bring together a watch and jewelry collection that demonstrates the historical significance of how fashion and music, fuse together through a traveling exhibit featuring the first-ever digital Gucci timepiece.

Created exclusively for The Recording Academy and designed by Frida Giannini, the special GRAMMY edition stands as a symbol of Gucci’s passion for both music and fashion. The “I-GUCCI” timepiece and sterling silver enameled dog tag necklaces come with the iconic gramophone symbols, as well as subtle Gucci logos in yellow 18k gold and are available in both black and white….with or without the diamonds.

The exclusive collaboration is the follow up to the already existing initiative for the preservation of film through Martin Scorsese’ “The Film Foundation”.  With this new partnership, Gucci supports programming at the Grammy Museum and the preservation of the arts, in general.

The traveling exhibit, “GRAMMYS Through Time”, will be at Birks in Vacouver, September 16th to the 22nd, , but  fashion-conscious music lovers can get GRAMMY news and updates thanks to a new section on  Learn about the Gucci-GRAMMY partnership, the music preservation project and discover the GRAMMY history through the ages in the “GRAMMYS Through Time” gallery.  Regular visitors to the Gucci Timepiece website will have exclusive Gucci-GRAMMY downloads, due to be released in the coming months!
