Denis Gagnon – MFW 19 – Spring 2011

The afternoon crowd which gathered for the tribute celebrating 10 years of creations for renowned designer Denis Gagnon,  was a meeting of the fashion media’s who’s-who. With kind opening words by Glen Baxter of Fashion Television and Stephane Leduc of Dressed to Kill Magazine, we were treated to a retrospective highlighting the designer’s body work.

What no clothing you say? Don’t fret; Denis is hard at work prepping his show, which is scheduled with the opening of his expo at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts (Oct. 19, 2010 – February 13, 2011) between the Yves Saint Laurent and Jean-Paul Gaultier Collections…not bad.  Also, Denis is scheduled to close Toronto’s LG Fashion Week later this month.  Congratulations Denis and here’s to 10 more successful years! Stay tuned as we continue to follow Denis in the upcoming weeks, but in the meantime, run and pick up your piece of the designer’s collection exclusively for Bedo.
