StyleXchange Flagship Store Opening

Last night was the StyleXchange blowout 10th anniversary celebration and grand opening of their new flagship store.  Held in Montreal, the environment felt more like a clubbing vs shopping experience, complete with DJs and a dance troupe. The new store (this being their 10th) has a very unique vibe. Major props to the visual merchandisers who did an amazing job with their wall-to-wall chalk board murals.

Spring was in the air with brands such as Betsey Johnson, Miss Sixty, Converse, Nike and RocketDog. We also found some killer boots from Minnetonka and hot summer sandals from Seychelles. Marc by Marc Jacobs shoes, Harajuku Lovers jewellery and an awesome line of hats by Nanny State capped off our list of delights.

For our tastebuds, the evening included rice pudding samples (now that’s different) from Riz en Folie, a selection of candy and let’s just say the wine flowed…thanks for that StyleXchange! All-in-all it was a great event.

Stylexchange is hopefully going to liven up that end of Ste.Catherine Street and we predict that many students will be shopping in between their classes!

The StyleXchange Flagship store is located at 1608 Ste. Catherine Ouest (in Le Faubourg), Montreal.  For other locations across Canada, check out their website.
