Steve Jobs has left us, his legacy remains
The billionaire and co-founder of Apple has died in California at the age of 56. This August, Jobs stepped down as CEO while battling an unusual form of pancreatic cancer. Apple posts: “For those of us lucky enough to get to work with him, it’s been an insanely great honour.” He leaves behind his wife, Laurene, and four children. It is said that Jobs “died peacefully today surrounded by his family … We know many of you will mourn with us, and we ask that you respect our privacy during our time of grief”.
Steve Jobs founded Apple with Steve Wozniak, and brought the company to the top of the world business. Jobs also bought Pixar, the company behind some of the greatest animated films in cinema history including Toy Story, Cars and Finding Nemo. His dedication to aesthetics and ergonomics have made most of what he’s touched into success stories. We’re sure that Jobs’ legacy will endure for many years to come.
You Will Be Missed Steve!
