Orange salad: oranges, salt, pepper, endives, treviso, frisee rouge and frisee verte (all lettuce), lemon juice, olive oil. Spaghetti alla Carbonara: spaghetti, olive oil, guanciale,(or pancetta) garlic (in the bowl, duck egg, nutmeg, pecorino romano, pepper, some salt)
