Paris Hilton & Denim

You might be saying to yourself  “oh no, another Paris Hilton branded line”, but merely it was a ploy to attract your attention…  Well kind of, because we’ve all seen Paris NAKED and she is quite FAMOUS.

For those of you who have never heard of Naked & Famous, a denim line based out of Montreal, you are really missing out.  I have been actively following their line since its inception, which started off with just jeans and now offers shirts, suits and even selvedge denim baseball mitts. The line is quite reasonable with the jeans ranging from $140 to $180 USD (for both men & women) and denim bowties at a steal for $25

I personally have bought two shirts from them when I was in L.A. at Barneys (little factoid:  N&F was featured in the background of the first episode of How to Make it in America) and I just love the fit. The jeans are all made from authentic raw Japanese denim, and the best part is they are all classic styles. To quote their website  “No washes, no embroidery, no gimmicks… just the best fabric in the world combined with modern fits”.

Although Canada isn’t known for their denim lines, Naked & Famous is putting us Canucks on the map, in full force.  Look out for their Spring/Summer ’10 collection with their signature naked blond vixen logo at stockists like Les Ettofes and Rooney in Montreal and Dutil in Vancouver. Otherwise look online at Revolve or the N&F website.
