The increasing number of vintage stores seen engulfing areas in the East and West Villages of New York City, are not the only reason why vintage fashions have become increasingly popular over they last few years particularly in New York.  The influence of celebrities like Mary-Kate Olsen almost always seen in something vintage, or Dita Von Teese’s natural essence of the 1950’s grace and glamour, the guided style of popular stylist Rachel Zoe’s passion for vintage clothing and Agyness Deyn’s costume like style that landed her number one on most stylish this year.
