Travis Taddeo

I was looking for a subject to write about this week. I thought about my favortie Montreal designer Tavis Taddeo, but I thought that yK would have already posted something about him. To my surprise : I was wrong! SO here is the obligatory TRAVIS TADDEO post.

I must start by saying that TT is not just any other designer: the Travis Taddeo brand is already delivering when it comes to future style. This Calgary Native, now Montrealer has been dresser up Montreal’s hipster community for years. After showing at Montreal & Toronto’s fashion weeks for the past 2 seasons has now solidify his place as a brand to watch! On the verge of breaking into the mainstream TT has been already been featured in ELLE Canada & ZINK.

For fall/winter 2009 Travis has designed a collection inspired by 80s cult movie “the Road Warrior” featured some very controversial, yet very sexy furs. He said “Fur is surely one of the most challenging, sexy and luxurious materials to work with. By introducing some fur in my collection, I gave it a stunning look and a touch of luxury!”. Being bad has never looked so good!
