Alternative Apparel’s Alternative Earth Collection.
I don’t normally pay much attention (or award much credit) to fashion basics. However, I can’t get enough of Alternative Apparel’s Alternative Earth Collection. The clothing agency I work for reps the children’s line and while meeting with buyers, I’ve had the opportunity to see (and feel) how non-basic these “basics” actually are.
The shirts are super soft, have a vintage-esque appearance, and come in various fits to suit all bodies. There are four categories: Organic Cotton, Eco-Heather, Eco-Fleece, and Eco-Vertigrain. I love the Organic A-Line V-neck in ‘earth-chili’ (above), and the Mr. Rogers Eco-Vertigrain Cardi in ‘birch’ and ‘charcoal’ (below). They also have a men’s collection consisting of hoodies, cardi’s, henley’s and crew necks.

It was great to see more styles of the Earth Collection. I hope to be able to try them some day over here in the U.S.
